Lead root cause investigations and corrective action efforts for quality issues, customer concerns, and product escapes. Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify systemic problems and implement sustainable solutions. Manage customer returns, RMAs, and nonconformance activities to ensure timely resolution. Develop and present quality metrics while driving data-based continuous improvement initiatives. Partner closely with operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve quality performance. Support MRB activities, quality system compliance, and resolution of manufacturing and assembly-related concerns.

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline. Five or more years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering environments. Minimum three years of experience supporting aerospace manufacturing operations. Strong experience with RCCA methodologies, corrective actions, and problem-solving tools. Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, ISO standards, and regulated quality systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
