This role will serve as a key leader, supporting Quality Management by driving critical continuous improvement initiatives and leading internal and customer audits. DescriptionLead key continuous improvement and quality-focused projects in support of the Quality Management team.Utilize statistical techniques to collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data to improve production efficiency.Partner with both internal and external customers to address and resolve questions, concerns, requirements, complaints, and product rejections.Collaborate across multiple departments to address quality issues with urgency and drive corrective actions through implementation and verification.Support the inspection department with internal investigations and material disposition activities.Conduct internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and host customer visits as required.Perform additional duties as assigned.
