Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our clients team in Manchester, MI. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
Analyze data to track trends and develop solutions to reduce defects
Implement, review, and support SPC requirements and reaction plans.
Perform routine testing, destructive, tensile, surface, torque, and cleanliness.
Complete repeatability and reliability testing.
Enters SPC data collection, documents and maintains trends as required by control plan.
Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports
Investigate product non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or related field
CAD Experience
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
