The Opportunity

Step into a role where quality drives everything. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing quality standards across products and processes. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable improvements that directly enhance customer satisfaction.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle-from concept to delivery. With access to advanced tools and methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven analytics, you will help identify trends, prevent issues, and build sustainable solutions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead development and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with ISO standards

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues

  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate quality across the product lifecycle

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address risks

  • Support new product introduction with strong quality planning

  • Lead training initiatives to strengthen quality awareness and capability

  • Investigate customer concerns and deliver timely, effective resolutions

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly environments

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 (IATF experience a plus)

  • Expertise in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)

  • Experience with SPC, FMEA, and control plans

  • Certification in CQE or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
