· BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent program
· 10+ years of experience with Information Technologies
· 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation
· Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
· Familiarity and experience working in an Agile environment
· Deep understanding of non-functional testing strategies and tooling
· Experience driving proof of concept and evaluation of new tools
· Technically savvy and able to provide hands-on solutions
· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as the candidate will be interfacing with other product teams and business units
· Expertise with one of more of the following test automation tools, Selenium, Junit, Appium, Cucumber
· Good understanding of object-oriented programming languages such as Java and Python
· Experience with automation framework implementation
· Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins
· Working knowledge of databases and SQL
· Strong analytical skills
· Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
· Ability to provide thought leadership in the field of QE, Automation and DevOps
· Experience implementing software testing and test automation in a scaled agile environment
