The Senior Quality Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization''s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Senior Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Job Summary

• Develop and execute the organization''s quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Supplier Quality personnel, and Inspectors.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead Management Review activities.
• Lead Supplier Quality Management activities.
