Lead Quality Strategy
Lead all quality activities across a regulated medical manufacturing facility. Manage, coach, and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, metrology personnel, and document control professionals. Partner with operations leadership to improve quality performance and strengthen manufacturing processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a key member of the site leadership team and provide strategic quality direction. Support the ongoing development of quality systems, procedures, and performance metrics throughout the organization.

A successful Senior Quality Manager should have: Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems within regulated manufacturing environments. Contract Manufacturing experience. Previous experience leading quality programs within medical device manufacturing. Hands-on experience supporting thermoplastic injection molding operations. Proven people leadership experience with responsibility for developing technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication, project management, and change leadership capabilities.
