Act as a key member of the leadership team, influencing quality-focused decision-making. Lead and develop QA, QC, and Supplier Quality teams, ensuring performance and growth. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency. Oversee compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Manage supplier quality processes including qualification, auditing, and performance monitoring. Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective CAPA implementation. Ensure audit readiness and represent the business in customer and regulatory audits. Standardize and improve quality processes across the site and wider organization. Strong background in ISO standards (9001, 13485) and quality systems. Proven experience leading audits, supplier quality, and compliance initiatives. Demonstrated leadership ability managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
