Job Description
A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking a mid-level Senior Quality Specialist to support data-driven performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives within a large acute care environment. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person reporting to a specific location in Houston.
The role. The Senior Quality Specialist supports quality improvement and quality assurance functions within a large acute care hospital or health care system. Core responsibilities draw on expertise in data-driven performance improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, lead process changes, and sustain measurable outcomes across clinical and operational areas.
What we're looking for.
- Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Robust Process Improvement certification required
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience (five (5) years with a Master's degree) within a large acute care hospital or health care system in one or more of the following: data-driven performance improvement, quality assurance/quality improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline (e.g., public health, business, economics, computer science, nursing, pharmacy) from an accredited college or university required
- Healthcare experience required
- No visa sponsorship available
Compensation. $97,510 - $122,000 per year
