Senior R&D Electrical Engineer

The Senior R&D Electrical Engineer will lead the design and development of innovative electronic systems for new products, requiring expertise in electrical engineering principles, advanced technologies, and product delivery.

• Independently conceive, design, and develop complex electronic systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototype testing, and validation, creating comprehensive technical documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues during development and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
• Identify opportunities for design and process improvements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of R&D experience, proficiency in digital signal processing, embedded systems, programming in C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, and experience with phased array, beamforming algorithms, and acoustic instrumentation. Technical skills encompass fixed point arithmetic, FPGA programming, MATLAB, analog sensing, schematic reading, and knowledge of manufacturing and testing processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are essential.
