This role is for a Senior Radiation Analysis Engineer supporting complex system design against radiation effects.
Responsibilities include supporting engineering decisions, designing radiation-hardened systems, and verifying performance across dose rate, TID, NDD, and SEE effects.
Candidates will lead small teams, analyze technical risks, propose design modifications, and mentor junior engineers.
Requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a background in physics, electrical, or nuclear engineering, and 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Must have an in-scope Secret Security Clearance and be able to work at least 60% on-site in Cambridge, MA.
Salary range: $82,300–$220,000.
