Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the commercialization of advanced antenna material opportunities. Lead internal development activities focused on delivering differentiated, materials enabled solutions.
Essential Functions: • Responsible for marketing, prototyping, assembly, and operations to develop wholly optimized antenna solutions • Participate in the execution of electromagnetic design activity • Develop algorithms and new software tools to assist in design of electromagnetic structures • Assist with establishing product tolerances, and lead manufacturing tolerance analysis • Simulate antenna arrays and structures • Participate in the creation of reference designs showcasing the benefits of new material solutions • Produce technical reports to document key learnings from product development activity

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in electromagnetics 4+ years of industry experience Experience with the design of microwave circuits using specialty printed circuit board materials, preferably at mmWave frequencies Proficiency with electromagnetic design and simulation software such as Ansys HFSS Proficiency with MatLab coding
