$140K - $170K Base + Bonus
Overview:
Seeking a mid-level attorney to handle sophisticated corporate and real estate transactions with direct client exposure and deal ownership.
What You'll Do:
- Lead M&A transactions from diligence through closing
- Draft & negotiate key documents (purchase agreements, LOIs, operating agreements, NDAs, financing docs)
- Handle commercial real estate deals (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing)
- Advise clients on corporate governance and risk
- Serve as client contact and manage deal timelines
- Collaborate with lenders, accountants, and opposing counsel
- Mentor junior associates
What They're Looking For:- 5+ years of corporate transactional experience
- Strong M&A deal experience REQUIRED
- Background in commercial real estate transactions preferred
- Strong drafting & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage deals independently
- Client-facing confidence
- Missouri bar or eligible
Comp & Structure:- $140K - $170K base + performance bonus
- 1,800 billable hours requirement
