A growing real estate practice is seeking an experienced attorney who is ready to take a more integral role in both client relationships and deal execution. This position is designed for someone who wants to move beyond supporting tasks and instead serve as a key driver on sophisticated transactions.
The practice advises on complex real estate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, development projects, and structured financings. The work is comparable in scale and complexity to top-tier market transactions, delivered within a more agile and team-oriented setting.
What You'll Do
- Structure, draft, and negotiate joint venture and partnership agreements
- Lead transactional workflows across acquisitions, dispositions, and development deals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, investors, and opposing counsel
- Oversee deals from initial structuring through closing, exercising independent judgment
- Play a role in shaping client strategy and expanding the broader practice
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and independently run deals
- Strong command of real estate documentation, including JV, operating, and financing agreements
- Practical, business-minded approach to problem-solving
- Interest in contributing to long-term practice growth and client development
