The Senior Real Estate Manager will lead site selection and real estate strategy for new retail store openings, driving market expansion and identifying high-potential locations that support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Description

• Lead site selection efforts for new retail locations by identifying and evaluating high-potential markets and trade areas.
• Conduct demographic, competitive, and market analyses to assess site viability and support expansion strategies.
• Develop market insights and location recommendations based on customer trends, traffic patterns, and retail performance metrics.
• Collaborate with brokers, developers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to source and evaluate new site opportunities.
• Perform financial and operational feasibility analyses, including sales forecasting and return-on-investment assessments.
• Manage the site approval process, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor market conditions, emerging retail trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Profile

A successful Senior Real Estate Manager should have:

• Experience with retail real estate transactions and legal compliance.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal documents.
• Knowledge of property and leasing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Please note this role is near the JFK airport, needsa to be fine to commute in that area.
