Description

Kforce's client is looking for a Senior Real Estate Representative (Land Contracts & Process Optimization) in the Juno Beach, FL area. Summary: The Senior Real Estate Representative will support large-scale transmission and infrastructure projects by managing land contract processes, title review activities, and workflow optimization initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between Land, Legal, Contracts, Title, and Development teams, ensuring land agreements are accurately processed while driving operational efficiency through process documentation and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Review land title documents, deeds, legal descriptions, and ownership records for accuracy and completeness
  • Support the preparation, review, and processing of land agreements, including easements, options, and related contract documents
  • Coordinate with legal and land teams to ensure negotiated terms are accurately reflected in agreements
  • Verify ownership information and identify issues that may impact project timelines or contract execution
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Document and standardize land acquisition workflows across multiple project phases
  • Develop process maps, procedures, training materials, and operational guides
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks while recommending scalable improvements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and create comprehensive workflow documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process consistency
  • Partner with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to support project execution
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow management
  • Track project deliverables and proactively resolve issues impacting land acquisition activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate operations, title research, contracts administration, paralegal support, or a related field
  • Experience reviewing title documents, deeds, legal descriptions, and ownership records
  • Working knowledge of land agreements, easements, options, and related contract structures
  • Strong process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvement experience
  • Experience working within Salesforce or similar workflow and data management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong document management experience, including Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
