This position offers a base salary range of $102,039 - $170,068 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

This is a remote, field-based position with a preference for candidates residing in the Cincinnati or Columbus, OH markets.

Overview:

Locate, research, and secure the BEST locations in an assigned market area to insure the long-term growth of the company and financial success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a strategic real estate plan with key Targets for each assigned market.
2. Identify potential sites and their suitability through research.
3. Present sites to Regional Real Estate Director and Executive Committee.
4. Build a network of landowners, members of the development community, consultants, and Operations department to leverage in finding and selecting the BEST locations.
5. Anticipate all stakeholders needs throughout a project and recommend solutions. 
6. Negotiate agreements with owners.
7. Attend agency meetings for various approvals and project a professional demeanor and appearance.
8. Coordinate the municipal approval process with the Permit Manager.
9. Meet established corporate growth goals.
10. Analyze competition.
11. Analyze new markets.
12. Prepare documents and interact with corporate real estate counsel.
13. Direct media inquiries to the appropriate people.

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

 

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required

 

Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant commercial real estate experience required

 

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid Driver’s license required
