Senior Rebate Analyst | Rebate Management & System Administration

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Rebate Analyst to support rebate operations, system administration, and financial reporting for a leading organization in Atlanta. This role will work closely with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, IT, and supplier partners to ensure accurate rebate tracking, reporting, and program performance.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully On-Site)
Pay: $30+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Type: Contract (6-8 Months)

What You'll Be Doing

• Support rebate system administration, testing, and enhancements.

• Review supplier agreements and ensure accurate rebate setup and tracking.

• Analyze rebate earnings, accruals, calculations, and reporting.

• Perform reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and supplier partners to support rebate programs.

• Assist with audits, compliance activities, and process improvements.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in rebate management, financial analysis, contract administration, or a related area.

• Experience with rebate management systems or similar business platforms.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and Excel skills.

• Ability to interpret contracts and work with large data sets.

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience with system implementations, audits, or financial controls is a plus.
