This is a senior-level recruiter role supporting both engineering hiring and high-volume sales/call center hiring. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate confidently with leadership and manage diverse requisitions.
Key Requirements (What You Pitch to Candidates)
· Strong experience in technical recruiting Software Engineers (Frontend + Backend)
· Data Engineers
· Traditional Engineering roles
· Experience with sales hiring Call center / customer care reps
· Outside sales reps
· Pharma / medical device sales (nice to have)
· Ability to handle high-volume reqs
· Strong executive presence Can push back / “hold the line” with hiring managers
· Background in large enterprise environments
· Stable career history (no frequent job hopping)
