Location: Norwood Park Blvd, Austin, TX 78753 (North Austin) Position Type: Full-Time (Onsite - 5 Days/Week) Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour Overview
We are seeking a tenured Senior Recruiter with a strong background in both retail and corporate recruiting to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a fully onsite role requiring a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage full-cycle recruiting while actively sourcing top talent. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for both retail and corporate roles
Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements
Maintain and track candidate activity using ADP and recruiting systems
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring timelines and business priorities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional recruiting experience (required)
Proven experience recruiting for both retail and corporate positions
Hands-on experience working with ADP systems
Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to build talent pipelines
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Austin, TX
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
