We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-impact, salaried positions across the organization. This individual will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent at the Director and Vice President level, particularly within Operations, Engineering, and other core manufacturing functions.

This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment who can partner closely with leadership to drive hiring initiatives and build high-performing teams.

Job Details

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions, including Director and VP-level roles across Operations, Engineering, and related functions
Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
Develop and refine job descriptions to align with business objectives and attract top-tier talent
Conduct market research and support wage and compensation surveys to ensure competitive hiring practices
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with a focus on both technical qualifications and cultural fit
Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure timely hiring processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience recruiting for high-level salaried roles, including Director and VP-level positions
Strong background recruiting within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
Experience with wage surveys, compensation benchmarking, and job description development
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across technical and operational roles
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
