Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Blauvelt, New York
Type: Direct Hire with Benefits
Compensation: $50-60K, plus commission potential
Work Model: Onsite 5 days per week (8am to 5pm)

Who we are:
System One is looking to expand its dynamic team of recruiting professionals.
What you'll do:

  • Source and recruit production and manufacturing candidates
  • Evaluate and assess potential candidates
  • Interview prospective candidates
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
  • Ensure all employees have met compliance requirements
  • Build employee/manager relationships
  • Generate leads and market intelligence
  • Coordinate, document, and track new employees
  • Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues
  • Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding
  • Provide timecard support
  • Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns
  • Create and deliver employee reporting materials on time
What's required:
  • Prior Recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to meet established performance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
