MSI is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Recruiter to recruit for administrative, technical, sales and professional roles across a designated function and support the development of high-quality recruiting practices. This position is located in Burnsville, MN and is a hybrid role. In this role, you will work with other team members to manage the recruitment process and partner closely with business leaders to ensure hiring needs are met with excellence. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, a coach to hiring teams, and a champion of a best-in-class candidate experience.
