What You'll Do:
? Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
? Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
? Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
? Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes
? Support branch operations and mentor junior recruiters
What We're Looking For:
? 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience
? Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
? Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
? ATS/CRM experience required
? Bilingual English/Spanish
