Job Description
- 3-4 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with engineering/technical roles, able to independently handle complex searches
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Excel), and general tech-savviness.
- Effective stakeholder communication and process ownership
- Engineering industry familiarity is a plus for senior candidates but not strictly required
