We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a growing manufacturing organization specializing in electrical controls and custom-built industrial systems. This role is responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment desk, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across production, technical, professional, and leadership positions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment and brings a strategic, process-driven approach to talent acquisition. Beyond sourcing and recruiting exceptional candidates, this individual will have experience optimizing applicant tracking systems, managing job boards and recruitment platforms, implementing best practices, and continuously improving recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall hiring outcomes. Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and a passion for developing innovative sourcing strategies are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing assigned requisitions through the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and job postings through candidate selection, offer acceptance, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, defining role requirements, and establishing candidate qualifications/criteria.
  • Reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, actively sourcing through sourcing platforms, and ensuring candidate management through ATS systems.
  • Manage the relationships with job boards, recruiting platforms, staffing agencies, and external recruiting resources.
  • Prepare recruiting updates for hiring insights for HR leadership and upper management.
  • Support recruiting process improvements, employer-branding initiatives, hiring events, and job fairs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5+ years of recruiting experience, including management of multiple requisitions at the same time
  • Experience sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting screens, and offer negotiations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear job advertisements and communicate effectively with candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Recruitment experience in manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, or other high-volume and specialized environments.
  • Experience improving ATS workflows, job-board performance, interview processes, and other TA systems/practices.
