A typical day will involve recruiting and reviewing qualified candidates for various positions, including Property Management, Resident Services, Accounting, Information Technology, Asset Management, Real Estate Development and Marketing.
Youll interview candidates, coordinate interview schedules, provide recommendations, and advise on interviewing and sourcing best practices. The successful Sr. Recruiter will be able to balance hiring for diverse roles across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.
We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This role is hybrid eligible. Candidate must have weekly presence in our Denver office.
Pay: $73,000-82,000 annually, dependent on experience.
