Senior Recruiter, Finance Experts

About the Role

As the first recruiter on an early-stage AI training team, you will build and own the expert sourcing engine for financial services professionals. Your work will help grow an expert network that supports AI development for finance.

What You'll Do

• Own the expert pipeline from outbound sourcing and inbound campaigns through qualification, conversion, and activation.
• Run and test campaigns across LinkedIn, alumni networks, MBA programs, campus recruiting, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and manage sourcing systems, automation, campaign tools, and recruiting copy with minimal direction.
• Track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and retention, then use the data to improve sourcing performance.
• Partner with project leads to plan sourcing by finance domain and seniority based on upcoming work.

What We're Looking For

• Two to five years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, growth, or lead generation.
• Experience sourcing finance professionals, ideally in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels and run campaigns at scale.
• A self-directed, resourceful approach to building new channels, tools, and processes.
• Comfort with funnel data and making decisions based on metrics.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SQL, Google Sheets, Ashby, and Claude Code.
• Experience creating content and writing top-of-funnel recruiting copy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Full-time, on-site in San Francisco, United States, five days per week.
