Halluminate provides fully managed environments and benchmarks so teams can train computer-use agents with superhuman capabilities. It works directly with frontier AI labs to train Financial Services Super Intelligence, building high-quality computer and tool-use reinforcement learning environments for agents that do real work across investment banking, private equity and hedge funds (Excel modeling, PowerPoint creation and more).

A Y Combinator (S25) company founded in 2024, Halluminate has about 10-14 people in San Francisco and has raised an $8.5M seed.

The Role

Halluminate is hiring its first recruiter (2-5 years) to build and own the expert sourcing engine: finding and activating top finance professionals from investment banking, private equity and hedge funds into its expert network. This work directly drives company growth and revenue, and sits at the intersection of recruiting, growth and product, with full autonomy from day one.

What You Will Do

• Own the full expert pipeline end to end: outbound sourcing, inbound campaigns, referral programs, qualification and activation.
• Run multi-channel growth campaigns at scale (LinkedIn outreach, alumni networks, MBA programs, campus recruiting, cold outreach) and A/B test what works.
• Build and manage sourcing systems and tooling (automation, campaign sending, JD testing) with minimal direction.
• Own funnel metrics, conversion and retention data to keep improving sourcing performance.
• Partner with Strategic Project Leads to turn upcoming customer work into proactive sourcing plans by domain and seniority.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years as a recruiter, sourcer, growth specialist or outbound sales representative
• High-volume finance recruiting or sourcing experience (investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, on-cycle recruiting or finance-focused search)
• Managed multiple sourcing channels and ran campaigns at scale, not only 1:1 recruiting
• Can independently set up campaign sending and LinkedIn automation tools
• Data fluency: pulls your own numbers and makes data-driven decisions
• Scrappy, self-directed builder
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week

Nice to Have

• Experience at finance-based or finance-adjacent startups
• Marketing and copywriting for top-of-funnel recruiting content
