Senior Recruiter (G&A & Go-To-Market)

Job Purpose

As a Senior Recruiter (G&A & Go-To-Market) at VulcanForms Inc., you will play a critical role in scaling our business operations, commercial team, and corporate infrastructure to support our rapid growth. Serving as a trusted talent advisor to our C-Suite and Executive business partners, you will own full lifecycle recruiting across key non-technical and commercial functions, including Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

We seek an intellectually curious, business-savvy recruiter with sharp critical thinking skills who can navigate changes effortlessly, negotiate competitive compensation structures, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Work Location Expectation: Local candidates based near our Devens, MA facility will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week onsite) to foster close in-person collaboration with hiring managers and team leaders. Non-local candidates will be considered on a 100% remote basis (working Eastern Time / EST hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruiting strategy to scale our G&A and Go-To-Market functions, hiring across Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain/Procurement, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Operations.
• Establish deep trust and collaboration with C-level and VP business partners, serving as a strategic consultant for headcount planning, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks, and interview calibration.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, industry networks) to identify, engage, and pitch top-tier passive GTM and corporate talent on the VulcanForms mission.
• Navigate a fluid, fast-paced environment with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortably managing dynamic requisition loads and shifting business demands.
• Partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance to build competitive offer packages, navigate complex sales incentive/bonus structures, and handle offer negotiations through close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing high-impact G&A and/or Go-To-Market roles in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environment.
• Ability to quickly understand complex organizational structures, commercial pipelines, and corporate functions to effectively evaluate candidates beyond just resume keywords.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methodologies; proven ability to articulate a compelling story to passive corporate leaders and GTM professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of gaining credibility with executive leaders, advising on market realities, and driving alignment across interviewing teams.

VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match. 

The annual base salary range for this position is $93,200 to $128,200.
