MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Staffing agency, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or comparable high-volume recruiting experience

• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines, outbound recruiting calls, follow-up, and candidate availability or redeployment

• Strong client-facing and phone communication skills with the ability to work independently, solve fulfillment problems, and take ownership of recruiting results

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Multi-location recruiting experience

• Onboarding coordination experience

• Experience supporting contingent workforce

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: Starting @ $23/hr (BOE)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
• OT will be required based on business needs

ROLE IMPACT

• Build high-volume recruiting pipelines supporting automotive and industrial staffing needs across multiple locations
• Maintaining approximately 50 available candidates, responding quickly to changing availability, and driving candidates efficiently from initial contact through onboarding
• Independent problem-solving, strong candidate engagement, and accountability for fulfillment results

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an active pipeline of approximately 50 available candidates, continuously recruiting and replenishing the pipeline as availability changes

• Make consistent outbound recruiting calls, follow up with candidates, and regularly reverify candidate interest and availability

• Own recruiting activity across multiple locations, adjusting sourcing and engagement strategies to meet required headcount

• Partner with customers and internal teams to identify recruiting challenges, develop solutions, and keep fulfillment moving.

• Coordinate candidate progress from initial contact through onboarding while maintaining accurate recruiting activity and reporting in ADP
