Taylor Corp., is seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional within our Global Talent Management Team. Taylor Corp has experienced unprecedented growth over the last decade primarily through acquisition. We have a significant need to build a World-Class TA COE in support of our continued growth and strategic business drivers.
The Senior Recruiter has primary accountability for partnering with HR Business Partners and Taylor’s Client Leadership to achieve agreed Talent Acquisition objectives, through ownership of the full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups. This visible talent professional will have accountability for profiling, sourcing, screening and interviewing niche candidates up to and including the VP level, hiring decision participation and offer management through strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners and Client Leadership. In addition, the Sr. Recruiter will participate as a team member in strategic TA projects as assigned.
