Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Milwaukee, WI 85027

Shift: Days with Hybrid schedule

• Flexibility in hours, with an 8-hour workday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.; preferred start time is by 8:30 a.m.

• Onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday); Remote (Monday and Friday)
• Starting Monday, September 14, days onsite will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote on Friday

Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Recruiter. This role is pivotal in managing the recruitment process to ensure we attract and hire top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting of professional positions in a corporate environment.
• Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified talent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience.
