Job description:
- This role will primarily work on recruiting installers and field service technicians, some corporate roles, and sales.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop candidate profiles aligned with organizational staffing objectives.
- Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, career fairs, referrals, advertising, and other innovative recruiting strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate pre-screening interviews, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Maintain communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing candidate updates, feedback, and hiring recommendations.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and adherence to company safety, security, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Must have recent experience in recruiting/talent focused role
- Must have experience sourcing candidates from major job boards, proven creative problem-solving skills to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Must have knowledge of best hiring practices Must be MS Office proficient
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 per year
