Job Overview:
Pay Range: $44.22hr - $49.22hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated semiconductor industry recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated technical recruiting experience for engineering, technology, manufacturing, product, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency using SmartRecruiters for recruiting workflow, database search, reporting, dispositioning, and data quality.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter for search, projects, pipeline development, and candidate outreach.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and conducting Boolean & X-ray searches.
- Strong stakeholder consultation, prioritization, written communication, and candidate-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requisition intake and establish role-specific recruiting strategies.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview activity, offer support, and accepted-offer follow-through.
- Build and engage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean search, referrals, and approved sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate, source, disposition, notes, and requisition data in SmartRecruiters.
- Advise hiring leaders on pipeline health, candidate feedback, market conditions, and recruiting risks.
- Deliver a consistent candidate experience and partner effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device, design, product, process, validation, or manufacturing engineering talent.
- Experience with talent mapping, recruiting analytics, or cross-border hiring.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Sourcing experience JuiceBox/8-fold/SeekOut.
