Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals for direct hire opportunities through a proactive, consultative recruiting approach. This role focuses heavily on passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, relationship building, and full-cycle recruiting, leveraging multiple sourcing channels to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
