Senior Recruiter\n\nTimpl has partnered up with a global EV battery manufacturing company and is\nlooking for a Senior Recruiter. \n\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an Sr. Specialist - Recruiter to help in fostering a positive and\nhighly effective working environment based on mutual respect and ashared goal\nof being the number one supplier to our customers. This position will work in\nclose partnership with our internal customers and external service providers to\nrecruit for both hourly and salaried positions.\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n * Work closely with internal staff to identify specific needs for different\n positions and create annual hiring plan\n * Source and interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make\n recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications for exempt and\n non-exempt positions.\n * Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and\n other recruitment sources\n * Assist with preparing and maintaining company compensation structure, job\n documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey\n questionnaires\n * Work to foster a highly desirable workplace with the involvement of all team\n members to achieve our shared goals\n * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,\n initiate changes as necessary to ensure compliance with law, corporate\n policies and business objectives\n * Provide assistance and counselling to employees on HR policies and personal\n issues, and keep employees informed of all changes in HR policies\n\n\nQualifications:\n * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related\n field\n * PHR certification preferred\n * 3-10+ years of experience handling a broad range of responsibilities\n preferably in a manufacturing environment, focused on recruiting/staffing and\n compensation analysis\n * Experience in high volume mass hiring preferred\n * Experience as both internal and external recruiter is a plus\n * Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly\n confidential business and team member information\n * Positive attitude and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals\n * Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills\n * Able to work flexible hours occasionally to support entire production team\n\n\n
