The Panther Group is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to support full lifecycle talent acquisition for a large-scale, fast-paced organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recruiting professional with deep experience in national, multi-location recruiting, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and full-cycle recruiting execution.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume, high-quality recruiting environments and can successfully partner with hiring leaders to attract top talent across a broad range of roles.
What You’ll DoFull Lifecycle Recruiting
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for a wide variety of positions across multiple markets and locations
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define:
    • Job responsibilities
    • Required qualifications
    • Preferred skillsets
    • Recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using advanced sourcing and behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Partner with sourcing teams to develop innovative pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
  • Review resumes and assess candidate alignment with business needs
Candidate & Hiring Manager Partnership
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership
  • Guide candidates through the interview process with detailed preparation and expectation-setting
  • Present compelling company and role information to candidates
  • Extend offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and hiring protocols
Recruiting Strategy & Process Excellence
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ATS records
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence
  • Introduce and support innovative recruiting concepts and process improvements
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards
What You Bring
  • 4–6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across:
    • National markets
    • Multi-location organizations
    • Diverse role types
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Candidate sourcing
    • Behavioral interviewing
    • ATS systems
    • Hiring manager partnership
    • Compliance and documentation
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, technical concepts, and business operations
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
  • AIRS certification
  • Engineering recruiting experience
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience
  • Experience building partnerships with:
    • Training centers
    • Workforce development organizations
    • Employment centers
Education
  • High School Diploma required
  • Additional recruiting certifications or advanced education a plus
Pay Rate: Up to $49.10 per hour
