Summary:
- The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing consistent administrative support to the Recruiting Team.
- Complete actions within established service level agreements with accuracy.
- Develop positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business line partners.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews, reserve conference rooms, set up video conferences, manage travel arrangements, process expense reimbursements, and create itineraries and communications.
- Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to initiate hire and preboarding actions.
- Provide quality check or support with the offer letter creation process.
- Assist candidates and recruiting team with actions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (MCI).
- Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate problem-solving ability.
- Embed risk management by adhering to company policies and encouraging safe & sound risk culture.
- Support administrative or business line specific actions in the recruiting and hiring process.
- Participate in projects and identify process improvements and solutions to issues.
