Reporting to the Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager and indirectly to the Sr. Manager, TA Operations, the Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist serves as the day-to-day owner of VCA's recruitment marketing engine, translating talent priorities and employer brand strategy into measurable programs across the candidate journey.
The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist owns the execution, optimization, and measurement of multi-channel recruitment marketing initiatives that improve lead quality, candidate conversion, campaign performance, and the overall talent funnel. Working closely with Talent Acquisition and other partners, the Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist manages paid and organic campaigns, CRM activation, recruitment marketing platforms, content, and performance reporting. The role turns data into actionable recommendations and clear presentation decks for stakeholders and leadership.

Essential Responsibility/Task
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree / Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, employer brand, performance marketing, or a related field
Experience owning multi-channel talent attraction campaigns and reporting on measurable outcome
Experience with CRM and CMS platforms; proficiency in AI, PowerPoint and Excel or equivalent Google Workspace tools; comfort working with digital advertising, social media, and analytics platforms
Experience with Phenom, Google Analytics, social scheduling tools, Canva, SharePoint, data visualization tools, or similar platforms
Language proficiency - English
Strong writing, data analysis, presentation development, and project management skills
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location organizations
*All degrees will be deemed “or equivalent combination of education and experience” unless absolutely required to do the job (i.e., DVM degree for Veterinarian, Law degree for Attorney, etc.).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Proven ability to translate recruitment priorities into campaign plans and independently manage work from execution through measurement
Demonstrated experience independently executing and optimizing multi-channel recruitment or performance marketing campaigns against measurable KPIs
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with experience defining and tracking marketing KPIs, evaluating funnel performance and ROI, and building clear reports and presentation decks for stakeholders and leadership
Hands-on CRM experience with audience segmentation, lead nurturing, automated journeys, and conversion optimization
Strong content development and project management skills across email, social media, web, and campaign channels
Experience managing marketing platforms, external vendors, and multiple cross-functional priorities

Additional Information: Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $104,880 - $131,100. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
