    SCOPE OF THE JOB

    As a Senior Territory Sales Director, you will be a market leader responsible for driving new business and revenue growth across key verticals including property management, construction, events, hospitality, commercial accounts, and government agencies. You will develop strategy, coach sales reps, build strong customer relationships, and help expand our market footprint.

     

    This role combines high-level sales leadership with hands-on business development and

    territory management

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and execute the sales strategy for assigned markets and verticals.
    • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
    • Grow and manage key accounts, maintaining long-term client relationships.
    • Analyze market trends to inform sales tactics and growth initiatives.
    • Mentor and support junior/outside sales reps to exceed performance targets.
    • Model best practices in consultative selling, lead follow-up, and CRM management.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending tailored solutions and delivering proposals.
    • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline data in CRM.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and strategic messaging.

     

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

    • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Build a diversified and growing customer base within the territory.
    • Develop strategic key account partnerships producing recurring revenue.
    • Demonstrate leadership and measurable impact on team performance.

     

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in equipment rental, HVAC, industrial services, or related fields.
    • Proven success in driving revenue growth and closing enterprise deals.
    • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
    • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams (preferred).
    • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent preferred).
