Job Requirements

The Senior Regional Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing service sales performance within a defined business segment, branch, or group of office locations. As a senior individual contributor, this role carries significant commercial responsibility for achieving service revenue and gross profit targets across their assigned portfolio. The role acts as a high-level steward of customer relationships, ensuring service contracts, renewals, deficiency estimates, and proposals drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction. While not a people manager, the role has substantial business impact and serves as a trusted partner to sales leadership, Sales Engineers, and assigned manufacturer partners.


Work Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in service sales, account management, or estimating.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue and gross profit targets across multiple accounts, branches, or segments.
  • Strong understanding of service contracts, renewals, SLAs, and recurring revenue business models.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships with high impact.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and service management systems.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze results and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently as a senior-level individual contributor with high accountability.
