About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced regulatory professional to support the development of complex federal policy initiatives within the financial services sector. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile regulatory projects by developing rulemaking materials, providing policy analysis, and collaborating with government stakeholders on initiatives that influence the U.S. Financial system.
What You'll Do
Develop and edit proposed and final regulatory documents, policy guidance, and public notices.
Interpret legislation, regulations, and technical subject matter to produce clear, well-structured regulatory language.
Research and analyze regulatory issues, policy developments, and legislative changes.
Coordinate with cross-functional government teams to review feedback, resolve comments, and support the rulemaking process.
Prepare executive briefings, decision memoranda, reports, and other written communications for senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
Active Secret security clearance required.
Bachelor's degree.
6+ years of experience in regulatory policy, legal analysis, government rulemaking, or regulatory drafting.
Demonstrated experience supporting federal regulatory or policy development efforts.
Strong written communication, editing, and analytical abilities.
Experience with financial regulatory frameworks, anti-financial crime compliance, or public policy is highly desirable.
Familiarity with digital assets or emerging financial technologies is a plus.
