Required Pay Scale: $62-$64/hr/W2

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead coordination, planning, and execution across multiple Agile teams within a complex enterprise environment.

• Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and other Agile delivery events across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalation management to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders on priorities, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and communicate program health, delivery progress, risks, and key metrics to leadership.
• Improve delivery predictability and execution through effective planning, flow management, and continuous improvement practices.
