Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Guest Experience

Manage day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental properties

Handle calendars, bookings, and guest communication with professionalism

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently

Maintain high ratings and positive guest experiences across all properties
Revenue & Performance Optimization

Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy

Monitor market trends and competitor performance to optimize listings

Continuously improve operational efficiency and property performance
Systems & Tools Management

Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage listings and automate workflows

Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data accurate and up-to-date

Optimize processes using automation tools for guest communication and property operations
Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations

Candidate Profile
Required Experience

Proven hands-on experience managing short-term rental properties
