Perform daily workflow tasks and responsibilities, and assist with Pharmacy and Warehouse/Distribution Functions
Handles incoming and outgoing shipments. Receives incoming shipments and disseminates to appropriate team. Understands and assists with inventory functions including rotation and maintenance, patient returns & inventory control including purchasing, receiving, stocking & recordkeeping. Assist with cycle counts and other inventory counts. Assist with shipment confirmation and tracking, including notification of delays to patients where d may be rotated through those functions as necessary to meet patient deadlines and business needs. Responsible for assisting in maintaining a safe, well organized, and clean work environment. Perform and provide direction of workflow for Pharmacy and Warehouse/Distribution functions. Oversees workflow and participates in Customer service functions including triaging incoming calls and making outgoing calls to patients and providers where appropriate. Provides direction to the team on completing pharmacy and warehouse duties to ensure organization for quality and productivity efficiency. Assist the pharmacists with programing the pumps, and suggesting substitution alternatives for out of stock medications and supplies. Supporting and maintaining record retrieval, retention, and fulfilling requests for records. Support and organize patient education materials for shipment. Facilitates ID badge and service channel requests. Handles customer escalations for resolution. Assist Manager and staff Assist with the management of workflow and the assignment of work to ensure workflow is consistent and meeting patient expectations. Mentor staff by answering questions and providing guidance. Assist with training new staff or rolling out new processes for current staff, including collaboration with other to identify training and development needs. Handle escalated patient related issues. Participates in process improvement activities. Perform audits to ensure quality and productivity expectations are met and compliance with operating policies and procedures. Assist with the collection and reporting of metrics. Serve as on-site leadership in the absence of the department leader.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
