Job Title: Senior Reporting Analyst – Retail Banking Operations Reporting & Analysis
Location: Remote (Candidate must be within a 60-mile radius of Salt Lake City, UT; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX)
Worker hours: Normal Business Hours
Duration: 06-month contract (Temp to Hire)
Start Date: Targeting July 2026
Pay Rate: $31.91/hr on W2
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision.
 
Job Description:
The Retail Banking Operations Analyst is pivotal in supporting the operational reporting and analysis functions of the Bank's consumer deposit business. This role is instrumental in overseeing all processes, reporting, and monitoring related to the bank's deposit portfolio, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
 
Essential Job Functions
  • Prepare and initiate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the Retail Deposit Operations team for all reporting and operational needs associated with the consumer deposit program.
  • Support both internal and outsourced servicing operations by enhancing, developing, and automating processes and procedures using Enterprise Workflow or equivalent workflow tools.
  • Partner with internal departments including Accounting, Marketing, Fraud, Risk, and Data Management to support reporting, analytics, and business initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational performance.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of Banking Operations experience.
  • 3+ years of Data Analytics or Ad Hoc Reporting experience.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Banking, Banking Operations, and Banking Products.
