Senior Requirements Engineer for Complex Systems

System Engineer Level 3 – Requirements ValidationPosition SpecificsSupport the Senior Leadership Team in managing and validating incoming requirements across a large, complex portfolio. This role will serve as the front door for new requirements, engaging stakeholders across mission and business organizations including HR, Security, B, NCU, I&L, CSD, and others. The selected candidate will gather and refine functional needs, help translate them into actionable technical requirements, and assess impacts to cost, schedule, and performance.
