Senior Research Associate

Responsibilities: of the Senior Research Associate: • Perform recombinant protein expression and ÄKTA/FPLC purification. • Purify cytosolic, secreted, and inclusion body-derived proteins. • Perform basic protein characterization and quality control. • Maintain accurate experimental records and electronic lab notebooks (ELN). • Collaborate with laboratory teams to meet project timelines. Requirements of the Senior Research Associate: • BS or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related discipline. • 2-5 years of relevant laboratory or industry experience. • Hands-on protein expression, purification, and inclusion body experience. • Experience with ÄKTA, FPLC, or similar chromatography systems. • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills. • Cell culture, immunology, or mass spectrometry experience is a plus. Compensation: for the Senior Research Associate: • Salary range: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour • Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
