At Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (a Southern Home Services company), we’re looking for a Senior Residential Comfort Systems Install Lead who loves building great systems and great teams. Is This You?

• Have at least 1 year leading residential HVAC installs?
• Carry a valid driver’s license with a clean record and an EPA certification?
• Thrive on diagnosing complex issues and making smart, safe decisions on-site?
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and colleagues alike?
• Adapt quickly, collaborate well, and stay focused on quality?

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end installation, retrofits, and replacements of residential HVAC systems.
• Pipe work: cut, thread, and connect copper/PVC; electrical: complete high- and low-voltage wiring.
• On-site leadership: train Install Helpers, set priorities, and ensure safe, efficient workflows.
• Customer communications: set expectations, provide updates, resolve concerns.
• Standards and safety: follow appliance codes, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and company procedures.
• Organization: keep your vehicle, tools, and parts clean, stocked, and audit-ready; assist with inventory.
• Versatility: work at heights, in attics and crawlspaces, and through all weather conditions.
• Do what it takes: step in on complex installs and other duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Climb ladders; access attics; maneuver tight spaces; crawl; push, pull, and carry; use hand tools; handle fine detail tasks.
• Drive regularly between job sites.
• Stand, walk, sit; talk/hear in person and by phone; reach and handle materials with hands and arms.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
• Exposure to heat, cold, wind, rain, ice, and snow.
